Justin M. Fohn

Justin M. Fohn was born in Austin but was raised in Rockne, Texas.  After graduating from Bastrop High School, Justin attended Texas State University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice in 2003.  During this time, Justin was heavily involved in The American Criminal Justice Association - Lambda Alpha Epsilon and Students With Alternative Trasportation - S.W.A.T., a nonprofit student organization providing a safe ride home for students.

After graduating from Texas State, Justin moved to San Antonio to continue his education at St. Mary's School of Law. During Justin's time at St. Mary's he was involved in Delta Theta Phi and The Center for Legal and Social Justice, where he focused on serving indigent clients in the community with legal issues involving Wills, Probate, Family Law and Social Security Appeals.

Upon graduation from St. Mary's in 2007 Justin immediately began practicing law in Bastrop County.  In 2007 he became an Assistant District Attorney with the Bastrop County District Attorney's Office representing the State of Texas in Misdemeanor, Felony, Child Protective Services and other Civil matters.

In January 2013 Justin began private practice and currently represents clients in Bastrop, Caldwell, Travis, Williamson, Lee, Fayette, Burleson, Washington and surrounding counties in criminal and civil matters.
